Tiffany Weston lounges in her hospital bed, face bandaged after the nose job, when nurse Casey Wheeler steps in with that easy, flirty smile. She peels the gauze off slow and gentle, then tells her she looks stunning. Tiffany takes one look in the mirror and groans – gag me with a spoon – because all she sees is bruises. Casey laughs it off and promises the swelling will drop soon. The doc swings by next, a tall, stiff-as-board lady named Mills who eye-fucks Tiffany like a hungry cat. The whole visit leaves her rattled, but the second Mills walks out the flirty nurse rounds return. The girls inch closer, lips almost touching, until the door swings again and Casey promises to finish what they started tonight. When the lights drop, Tiffany’s fingers drift between her thighs. The door clicks open behind her and a curvy blonde nurse who says her name is Saunders steps inside. Saunders doesn’t smile, doesn’t flirt – she orders Tiffany to strip and then takes each tit in a rough, appraising grab. Relief hits Tiffany hard, but Casey just tells her this stranger is doing her job and drops to her knees beside Saunders. Mills sticks her head in the door and snaps, “Plenty more patients.” The nurses wipe their mouths, straighten their skirts, and saunter out, leaving Tiffany flushed, bewildered, and already dripping for round two.
