Christie gets the mail and hands Jay his college letters. He rips open the first one, gets accepted locally, and she looks weirdly relieved. Then the second envelope hits the table from overseas. Jay scans it, says that's the one he's taking. Her face drops. She starts pushing back hard—weather, food, missing home—and he fires off every reason a young guy would jump at it. They go back and forth, her getting more frantic until he finally drops the real reason: pussy. Lots of it, the kind you don’t get when Mom’s still doing your laundry.
