Foxxy barks the order—physical exam, start to finish. Hollywood swallows hard, asks the doctor to strip. Dee and Khloe watch like nervous parents at a recital. Hollywood runs through the checklist, hands trembling once or twice, stammers on lung sounds, but they know their stuff. Every time panic shows, Dee or Khloe whispers the right next step. Foxxy shoots them a glare: no backseat nurses. It ends in ice-cold silence. Foxxy slaps the clipboard shut. "Fail." Hollywood freezes.
