Too Close For Comfort

Casey stands by the door, nervous as hell while Shane waits for his stepmom to show. She's already convinced Marilyn doesn't like her. The second Marilyn walks in she drops her bags and plants one right on Shane's lips. Casey sees red but keeps her mouth shut. Days drag on and Casey keeps walking in on weird shit. Marilyn leaning close to whisper in Shane's ear while smirking at her. Marilyn's eyes glued to Shane's chest. Then the real blow—Casey walks in and finds them on the couch, hands all over each other. She blows up. Shane looks like he got caught stealing, but Marilyn owns it: yeah, they're fucking. Shane says he tried to stop once he married Casey, but Marilyn pulls him back every time. Casey thinks it over and figures if she can't beat Marilyn she'll get in the mix. Marilyn's cold at first, then Casey begs and the three of them end up tangled together, Casey fighting to keep her marriage from slipping away.
