Lucky Fate rolls through late-’90s Los Angeles on busted bearings and zero plans. He’s tight with Paul, who’s about to do time, and the whole crew—Charlotte Sins, Robby Apples, Lilly Bell, Vanna Bardot—keeps telling him to stay out of the game. Meanwhile Tommy Pistol, Lucky’s old man, keeps picking fights while his girl Vicki Chase watches from the sideline, stuck between two pissed-off generations.
